- Mandatory Mark: ZICTA logo + Type Approval Number + Model Identifier.
- Placement: On the product chassis or rating plate (packaging or user manual as secondary).
- Legibility: Must remain clear, indelible, and permanently affixed.
Post-market surveillance by the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) ensures that all commercial ICT products display valid regulatory labels. Non-compliant un-labeled equipment risks border confiscation.
